Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using astrasolana, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms are effective from January 1, 2026. astrasolana reserves the right to update them at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to use astrasolana. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and wallet keys. astrasolana operates on a non-custodial basis and cannot recover lost private keys or reverse on-chain transactions.

You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to scrape data without prior written consent from astrasolana.

Intellectual Property

All content on astrasolana — including platform design, code, trademarks, and written materials — is the exclusive property of astrasolana and its licensors. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

astrasolana provides the platform on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, astrasolana is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of any asset or trading strategy does not guarantee future results. You trade at your own risk.

Third-Party Services

astrasolana may integrate third-party services including fiat payment processors and blockchain infrastructure providers. astrasolana is not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of those third-party services.

Security

astrasolana employs on-chain settlement, non-custodial wallet architecture, and 2FA options to reduce platform-level risk. You are responsible for securing your own wallet and access credentials.

Your Rights

You may close your account at any time by withdrawing your assets and submitting a deletion request. astrasolana will process account deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any outstanding compliance obligations.

Changes to Terms

astrasolana may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect, effective 2026 and beyond.
